In full compliance with Google Play Developer Policy:

• Core Functionality: Novy Proxy provides encrypted proxy connections and a lightweight in-app private web browser for incognito browsing and network diagnostics.
• In-App Private Browsing: The built-in browser operates in strict incognito mode. It does not save persistent cookies, browsing history, or form inputs. Session cache is automatically cleared upon exiting.
• Traffic Encryption: Outgoing and incoming web traffic through our proxy servers is securely encrypted to protect your sessions against unsecure public Wi-Fi eavesdropping.
• No Traffic Inspection: Novy Proxy does not intercept, modify, inspect, or sell your personal traffic, user data, or sensitive network transmissions.
• No Data Harvesting: We do not redirect user traffic for unauthorized monetization purposes or invasive data analytics.

When you use Novy Proxy, our systems are intentionally designed never to retain or log:

04. Transient Operational Data (Device-Local Only)

To provide functional connection diagnostics, the application processes the following strictly transient, non-identifying data on your device:

• Real-time Session Bandwidth: The app counts the total bytes uploaded and downloaded during your current session (via Android's TrafficStats) to display your live speed and data transfer stats. This data is never sent to any remote server and resets immediately upon disconnecting.
• Server Latency (Ping): Real-time latency checks against public relay nodes to help you select the fastest node.

05. Third-Party Services & Advertisements

To keep Novy Proxy 100% free without subscription fees, we integrate third-party ad networks:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): We use Google AdMob to show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google AdMob may collect non-sensitive device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID - GAID) and approximate location to serve relevant ads. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Public Node Relays: Server connectivity may utilize public relay endpoints hosted by academic volunteer networks under open terms.

Novy Proxy only requests permissions strictly required for core functionality:

• android.permission.INTERNET: To establish remote server network sockets and load web pages in the in-app private browser.
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To detect Wi-Fi / Cellular changes and handle auto-reconnects.
• android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To display optional connection status notifications.

Novy Proxy does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). The app does not require account creation, registration, or submission of any personal identifying details.

Under regulations like the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• You have the right not to be tracked or profiled.
• Because we do not store, retain, or link any personal data or logs to individual users, there is no personal profile or user log database associated with you to export, sell, or delete.
